1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using totomart services in any form, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full contents of these Terms & Conditions. Your agreement takes effect from the first time you use the platform, whether via a mobile device or desktop browser.
If you do not agree with any or all of the applicable terms, you are not permitted to continue using the service. totomart reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. These terms apply to all users located in or accessing the platform from within Indonesia. Use of the service by citizens or residents outside permitted jurisdictions is entirely the responsibility of the user in question.
2. Account Creation and Security

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age required by local regulations, in order to register and use totomart services. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account will be considered a violation and may result in the suspension of all accounts associated with that user.
Account Security
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential, including their username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless proven otherwise. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the totomart support team immediately for further security measures.
Identity Verification
totomart reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid official identification issued in Indonesia. The verification process is conducted to protect your account security and ensure compliance with the platform's anti-fraud policies. Users who refuse or fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may face restricted access to services.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
totomart users are required to use the platform responsibly and comply with all of the following terms:

Do not use the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or manipulation of the betting system in any form.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the user's place of residence regarding online betting and gambling activities.

Do not abuse any bonus programs, promotions, or cashback systems in a manner that is inconsistent with the terms of each respective offer.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the totomart platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all financial activities on the platform:
Deposits can be made via local bank transfer, GoPay, OVO, DANA, and other payment methods available on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is typically set per payment method and is subject to change at any time. Processing times vary, generally ranging from a few minutes up to 30 minutes during normal business hours, depending on the method used and verification conditions.
Withdrawals require completion of the turnover requirements applicable to any active promotions on your account. totomart is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the destination account is registered under the same name as their totomart account to avoid transaction rejections.
All transaction values are stated in IDR. Any amounts mentioned in platform guides are for illustrative purposes only. totomart reserves the right to reject or place a hold on any transaction suspected of violating the terms of use or anti-fraud policies.
5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property Rights
Limitation of Liability
totomart is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of independently made betting decisions. The platform provides information and services as a means of entertainment; users bear full responsibility for the risk associated with every bet placed. totomart is also not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control, such as internet network outages, third-party system maintenance, or natural disasters.
In the event of unexpected technical issues, totomart reserves the right to cancel or suspend ongoing transactions and will notify users as soon as possible through available communication channels.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the totomart platform, including interface design, logos, text, graphics, and software code, is the property of totomart or the respective content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from totomart.
Using the totomart brand name, logo, or visual identity for commercial purposes without official authorization constitutes a violation subject to legal sanctions.
6. Account Policy, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension
totomart reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in violation of the terms of use, including fraud, the use of multiple accounts, or activities that harm the platform or other users. Users whose accounts have been suspended will be notified via email or platform notification. Any remaining balance in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with the outcome of an internal investigation.
Third-Party Links
The totomart platform may contain links or references to third-party services, such as game providers or payment gateways. totomart has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely the user's responsibility, and totomart is not liable for any losses arising from such interactions.
Changes to Terms
totomart reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part or all of these & Terms and Conditions at any time without separate notice to individual users. The latest version will always be published on this page with the update date noted. Continued use of the platform after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These & Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of the totomart platform will be resolved through a mutually agreed resolution mechanism, prioritizing an amicable settlement before pursuing formal legal channels. Users hereby consent to that jurisdiction as the exclusive forum for dispute resolution.
